Using the funds generated by a raffle at the 2002 Cast Expo, Ashland Specialty Chemical set up this scholarship to honor Paul Carey.

Paul has won many industry awards including the FEF, EJ Walsh award in 2000.  He served on the FEF Board as the Secretary for 15 years.
