Lifetime Patron, Thomas M. Begel, established this scholarship (originally named Johnstown America Scholarship) in 1999. Mr. Begel is active in railcar and truck components, and his company is located in Chicago. Tom is also President and CEO of TMB Industries, a private investment firm that owns 11 die casting and stamping companies.
