      College Industry Conference

 

 

Over 310 student delegates, key professors, industry executives, and university administrators were in attendance at this year’s FEF College Industry Conference, held recently at the Westin Michigan Avenue in Chicago. During the conference, 22 student delegates received scholarships totalling $50,000.00. To read more, click here.

New Ways to Donate

FEF has joined forces with iDonate - a company through which you can make cash and non-cash donations to FEF. Previously, FEF had no process in place to accept donations other than cash, stocks, and life insurance policies. iDonate will allow us to accept many other types of contributions. The other new way to "donate" to FEF is while you are shoppiong online. AmazonSmile will donate 0.5% of all of your qualified purchases (10's of millions of items to choose from) when you choose FEF as your charity of choice. Over 300 people attended the 2013 CIC in Chicago on November 21 and 22. The Career Information Session on Thursday provided an opportunity for students to visit company "booths" in a job fair atmosphere, while at the Awards Luncheon Friday, 21 scholarships were presented to the students in attendance.
