      College Industry Conference

The 2014 CIC is being held on November 20 & 21 at the Westin Michigan Avenue in Chicago. We hope to see many of you in attendance!

When your company reserves a Career Information Session table, you will have one-on-one access to students who are selected to attend the conference based on their interest in the casting industry, as well as their desire to meet with individuals representing metalcasting companies in a “job fair” atmosphere.

At the Awards Luncheon, we will be presenting $40,000 in scholarships to the delegates attending, and during the Annual Reception, the EJ Walsh Award will be presented

Before you shop...Before you toss...Think of FEF First!

FEF has joined forces with iDonate - a company through which you can make cash and non-cash donations to FEF. Previously, FEF had no process in place to accept donations other than cash, stocks, and life insurance policies. iDonate will allow us to accept many other types of contributions. Click on the DONATE button at the top of the page (or click on the image above) to make your contribution.

The other new way to "donate" to FEF is while you are shoppiong online. AmazonSmile will donate 0.5% of all of your qualified purchases (10's of millions of items to choose from) when you choose FEF as your charity of choice. You can start this process by clicking on the DONATE button at the top of the page (or click on the image above) or by going to http://smile.amazon.com/ch/34-0714666.

Over 300 people attended the 2013 CIC in Chicago on November 21 and 22. The Career Information Session on Thursday provided an opportunity for students to visit company "booths" in a job fair atmosphere, while at the Awards Luncheon Friday, 21 scholarships were presented to the students in attendance.
